Megan Runkel’s sessions are done fully clothed and include CranioSacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Trigger Points, and Fascial Structural Rebalancing
Megan Runkel is no longer doing any deep tissue treatment. After 2 major surgeries in 2022 and another in 2024, she is taking a step back from doing more physical work and focusing on her true passion, CranioSacral Therapy.
Melanie Gaters’ sessions include Structural Integration, Deep Tissue Massage, Cupping, Deeper Fascia work
Teresa Williams’ sessions include CranioSacral Therapy, Therapeutic massage (Medium-deep tissue), and Lymph Drainage
Kurt Russell’s sessions include Therapeutic Massage and CranioSacral Therapy

We may be able to get you in alternate times but we don’t know what you need if you don’t ask.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Everyone gets one freebie (because life happens).
Late cancellations (less than 12 hours prior to appointment time) incurs a $30 fee. No shows are billed the full amount.
VA clients who repeatedly late cancel or no-show will not get their referrals renewed.
Rates
PAY AT TIME OF SERVICE
$60 30-minutes
$105 60-minutes
$135 90-minutes
All BILLED Session will be billed at $120/60 minutes (4 units)
Megan and Melanie can bill for car insurance claims, Workmans comp.
Megan, Kurt, and Teresa accept Optum VACCN, through the whole health program.
We do not bill health insurance at this time (as most do not cover massage services and make it difficult to get in network, or do not have a massage network at all).
Call your insurance company and see if they will reimburse you if we submit a bill. If you can verify that your insurance covers, Megan and Melanie are happy to bill them.
We DO accept HSA cards.
We accept cash, check, credit card, Venmo, health savings account cards.
Please let us know if price is an issue, we have spots available for people who would like to come in more often but cannot afford the prices.
